Models from the majority of Argyll and Bute secondary schools exhibited work by senior art and design pupils featuring hats, shoes, jewellery and garments created around the international theme of ‘Scottish influence abroad’. Weeks of hard work went into producing the designs and final garments and credit should be given to the young designers who embraced the challenge of producing such fine work, finished to such a professional standard.
The models were guided by dramatist Ray Cameron-Goodman and choreographer Jayne Middleton.

The hair and makeup for the show was crafted by pupils from Islay High School, with assistance from professional hairdresser Ian Bruce-Low and cosmetologist Niki Currie as well as tutors from Argyll College. The show was accompanied by live music directed by Donald Shaw.
